About Simple Yoga

I have practiced yoga all my adult life, in fact over 35 years. As I have grown older it has evolved into something much simpler, a relaxing, strengthening set of postures that allow me to keep supple and continue to do all the things that are important to me.

Yoga has been a constant, always there; helping me to cope in times of crisis, deal with health issues, keeping me positive and helping me enjoy the moment and not worry about the past or future.

This is the inspiration for my classes in Simple Yoga.

Teaching Simple Yoga

I trained to teach yoga with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at the White Lotus Foundation in California. This complimented my desire to teach a non branded type of yoga which deals with the whole person, helping them to relax and enjoy their yoga experience.

Simple Yoga: because after all the classes and styles of yoga I have practiced I wanted to pare it down, simplify. Nothing complicated, easy to follow and do at your own pace.
